2018 has ended with an important quality seal for Cleverti: the ISO 9001:2015 Certification. Throughout last year, Cleverti has systematized the company’s processes and procedures and implemented a Quality Management System (QMS) aimed at continually enhancing our overall performance and delivering top quality services to our clients. The process was successfully completed at the end of the year with the certification of Cleverti’s QMS under ISO 9001:2015 by SGS, a world leader in inspection, verification, testing, and certification.

ISO standards are created and published by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), an independent, non-governmental international organization comprising a global network of 163 national bodies. The ISO 9001:2015 international standard establishes the criteria for a quality management system based on key quality management principles, such as customer-orientation, active top management involvement, process approach, and continual improvement. From the customers’ point of view, companies using ISO 9001:2015 ensure that they get consistent, high-quality products and services.

Quality and continuous improvement have always been major concerns for Cleverti. Since 2010, Cleverti has focused on enabling our clients to enhance their business processes and create competitive advantages by providing them with high value-added software development and software testing services. Cleverti’s services target mostly international companies with strong technology and innovation imperatives and the need to deliver state-of-the-art digital applications. Because of this, we are innately compelled to keep improving our know-how, our skills, and our performance, in order to deliver the effective value our clients expect from us at all times.

And it’s not meaningless to say Cleverti has already successfully developed and managed the software applications of many cross-sector companies from Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Luxemburg, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and the UK.

Still, we do not rest on our laurels. Quality will always be a work in progress at Cleverti. Besides aiming for revalidating the ISO 9001:2015 certification, Cleverti plans to enhance business performance, service quality and customer care with additional relevant certifications within the software development industry throughout 2019.
