Process optimization for a customer whose final customer is an insurance company
Challenge
Our client had the objective of implementing a DevOps solution to respond to his client (an Insurance Company). However, he didn’t have internal know-how, nor the methodology and tools to allow such implementation. In this regard, Cleverti was the first option, as we have qualified and certified Azure Devops professionals capable of responding to the proposed challenge.
Solution
Cleverti’s team analyzed the project’s assumptions to help with the implementation and maintenance of a DevOps process, as well as with Azure DevOps Server. The experience with Team Foundation Server and the extremely agile mindset allowed us to deliver MVPs in a short time, founding an ideal point that enables us to adopt modern tools with a configuration adapted to the reality of the Customer.
Results
Nowadays, our client’s development team benefits from a shorter time between development and release, which ended up increasing the production levels of that department. Also thanks to this reduction in production time, and through an agile DevOps methodology, it was possible to reduce our client’s time-to-market.
